New Feature – Send Quote Via Email

We are excited to announce the addition of this new capability to the Curtain-Tracks.com site.  With the click of a button, a customer can now send themselves a quote that includes all items displayed in the shopping cart.  Simply fill in your first and last name and email address into the appropriate fields, and add a personal message if you’d like.  Then click the “Email Quote” button.

This is an important addition to our website.  We understand that many customers research our curtain tracks before making a purchase.  It also improves efficiency since a customer invests significant time configuring the correct combination of drapery hardware to meet their needs for a given application.  With this new functionality, the customer will be provided with an itemized list of the items they selected, including a product image, pricing, and order total, along with direct links back to the product listings on the Curtain-Tracks.com Website.

This is also a great way for our trade customers (Architects, Interior Designers, Workroom Professionals)  to provide drapery hardware information to a client before committing to a purchase.  This quote capability should facilitate a smoother approval process for these customers who serve as professional advisers to their customers.

Our technical support reps can now quickly summarize a potential order for customers who have called for advice or assistance.  Once the customer is ready to place the order, it’s as easy as adding the drapery hardware back into the shopping cart and checking out.
