Can I send back product that has not been used?
You can return unused hardware products in their original packaging within 45 days or purchase date for a refund of purchase price (less shipping costs) to the address provided above. A 25% restocking fee is charged on 6100 Flexible track. Any tracks cut to specific customer specification cannot be returned. No return authorizations is required, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have about a return if you call curtain-tracks.com customer service at 888-434-7444 or email info@curtain-tracks.com.
