Is express or overnight shipping available?
Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available through UPS for an additional charge. Expedited orders must typically be placed by 2 PM central time to be shipped that same day for next day delivery.
Do you ship via Fedex?
We utilize UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers.
Can I ship via my own UPS account?
At this time we do not allow customers to use their own accounts to cover shipping charges on orders placed through curtain-tracks.com.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically shipped either the same or next business day. UPS ground service typically takes 4-5 business days in the continental US, but can be quicker depending on your specific locations. The items are shipped from Houston, Texas.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently also accept orders to Canada. However, please note that there may be applicable customs, brokerage charges, taxes or tarriffs applied to orders beyond the shipping charges. Curtain-Tracks.com is NOT responsible for these charges.
