Returns & Replacements

Curtain-Tracks.com will accept any product returned in un-used condition and in original packaging, excluding custom orders which include all curtain purchases, within 45 days of purchase date. No return authorization (RMA) is required. The purchase price of the product, less the shipping and packaging charge, will be refunded to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the 6100 flexible track since it it cut to custom lengths on every order. Curtains can not be returned for any reason outside of warranty issues.

If a track or component fails under normal use, please contact us at (888) 434-7444 to discuss the appropriate replacement, which will be shipped promptly at no charge as covered under warranty.
