Enhancing The Look Of A Banquet Hall With Curtains
CHECK OUT THAT VIEW
Banquet halls are often used to host weddings, receptions, business luncheons, formal dinners, and so much more. We recently attended a business luncheon in a banquet center near a major city and were quite impressed with the facility as well as the view. The main room had floor to ceiling windows boasting a fantastic view of a river and the city. They also had floor to ceiling curtains hung on ceiling mount curtain tracks. The curtains were held open with tie-backs but could be pulled closed if the afternoon sun became unbearable in the room.
BREAK IT UP
We agree that a wall of floor to ceiling windows can be absolutely beautiful (especially with an amzaing view) but they can also come off as a bit stark. Adding curtains, even if there is no intention of ever closing them, can break up the large wall of windows and even soften the entire look of the room. This is especially effective when the function in the banquet hall is a beautiful wedding or reception. The curtains make the room feel more formal and luxurious, especially when they use high quality curtains.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
