Curtain-Tracks.com uses FedEx to delivery a large majority of our packages to our customers.  Whether the curtain tracks are shipped via ground service, 2nd day, or next day delivery, FedEx does a very good job for us of delivering our drapery hardware promptly and in good condition.  An article today about hidden images in logos caught our eye this morning, and inspired one of those "ah ha" moments.  Despite having a FedEx truck at our facility daily, and having their packaging boxes and envelopes around constantly, we had never noticed the hidden image in the FedEx logo.  Can you spot it?

In order to allow all of our employees to honor America and observe Independence Day, no Curtain-Tracks.com orders will be shipped on Monday, July 5th.  Shipping will resume on July 6th.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, but we feel this is an important holiday and worthy of celebration.  Thanks for your patience and understanding.  Enjoy the holiday weekend!

Most orders placed through Curtain-Tracks.com are shipped the next business day, excluding holidays.  There are also products offered through our site that require a lead time, such as privacy cubicle curtains or RV and Boat Curtains that must be custom made, and these products are noted accordingly.  We do everything possible to ship orders promptly, and have an established track record of meeting this goal.   Curtain-Tracks.com ships packages via two carriers:

We will occasionally hear customers comment about the shipping costs charged by Curtain-Tracks.com to ship the long curtain tracks and we want to provide additional information that will help you as a customer understand the basis of the charges.  We understand that they may seem high as compared to most items ordered online.  However, the size and shape of our products are quite different than those of a book or a pair of shoes.  The shipping costs charged are reflective of the costs incurred to deliver the products to your door.   Shipping charges are not a profit center for our company.
