CAN I SEND BACK PRODUCT THAT HAS NOT BEEN USED?

You can return unused hardware products in their original packaging within 45 days or the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs) to the address provided above. A 25% restocking fee is charged on 6100 Flexible track and any product orders totaling $500 or more. Any tracks cut to specific customer specifications cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. A return authorization (RMA) is required and can be requested via phone at 888-465-0274 between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM central time or by email info@curtain-tracks.com. The RMA should be written on the outside of the package.
