IS EXPRESS OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Overnight and 2nd-day shipping is available through FedEx for an additional charge. Expedited orders must typically be placed by 2 PM central time to be shipped that same day for next day delivery.
DO YOU SHIP VIA UPS AND FEDEX?
We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our shipping carriers.
CAN I SHIP VIA MY OWN UPS OR FEDEX ACCOUNT?
At this time we do not allow customers to use their own accounts to cover shipping charges on orders placed through curtain-tracks.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders are typically shipped in one or two business days. UPS or FedEx ground service typically takes 4-5 business days in the continental US but can be quicker depending on your specific locations. If you need an order to ship the same or next day (after 2 pm central), choose either the 2nd day or overnight shipping options where available. Expedited orders are only shipped and delivered on weekdays (Mon-Fri). The items are shipped from Houston, Texas. Note that customer curtain orders typically take two to three weeks to ship.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
We currently also accept orders to Canada. However, please note that there may be applicable customs, brokerage charges, taxes, or tariffs applied to orders beyond the shipping charges.
